You’re invited to this powerful Faith & Life event where Dr. Paula Pisano-Forgione will lead us on an exploration of how to manage suffering through the trials and tribulations of our everyday lives.
Dr. PAULA PISANO-FORGIONE
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
With a research background in eating disorders and body-image issues, Dr. Pisano-Forgione currently provides treatment to patients in two different professional settings who suffer from anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and addictive behaviors. At one of these practices, she provides treatment for individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injuries and/or witnessed traumatic events, such as New York City Transit workers. Dr. Pisano-Forgione also maintains a private practice and is a clinical and administrative supervisor for other mental health clinicians. She previously served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University as well as Wood Tobé–Coburn. Dr. Pisano–Forgione participates in speaking engagements for organizations, including Models for Christ, and has a passion for spiritual, religious, and multicultural issues. In her spare time, she enjoys running, writing, organizing small spaces, and attending fashion industry events in New York City with her husband.
