The NExT Initiative is The Journey's 20-year $20 million initiative (by 2042) with the following goals:

• Secure the future of The Journey Church.
• Double the ministry impact of The Journey Church.
• Provide for a permanent meeting location and ministry center for The Journey Church in the heart of NYC.

The NExT Initiative will position The Journey Church to respond to any BIG ministry opportunities that God might put before us and allow us to continue to reach the people of New York City and beyond for Jesus Christ.

The Journey Church began as a church here in New York City in 2002.  As we reflect on all that God has done in and through our church – including over 3,200 baptisms, countless lives changed, thousands of needs met and millions of people shown God’s love in meaningful ways – it is time to dream big about what God might have in store for the NExT 20 years and beyond.

If not now, when? God has blessed our church and we have grown spiritually and numerically. Now is the time to dream big dreams and to begin preparing The Journey for ministry in NYC for generations to come. And a permanent ministry facility can be a big part of that.
